By accessing or using the Service ("Event") you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to Attendees ("you", "patron"), visitor or users, and others who wish to access the Event or website. If you disagree with any part of these Terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.
PURCHASES
Each ticket ordered will be charged as non-refundable and non-transferable. Award event tickets are non-refundable nor transferable to another event.
****Your purchase of these tickets signifies that you agree to follow the rules stated on the site and at the event.

If you wish to purchase any ticket, product or service made available through the BWP or our third party site, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your account, attendance and/or purchase and bar access to the Event immediately, without prior notice or liability, under the sole discretion of the Organizer, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but no limited to a breach of these Terms.
PHOTO AND VIDEO DISCLAIMER
By attending VERTICAL AWARDS, you acknowledge and agree that the event organizers, BWP, and their authorized representatives may capture photographs, videos, and/or audio recordings during the event. These materials may include your image, likeness, or voice. These photographs, videos and/or audio remain the sole property of BWP and the commissioned photographer.
You grant BWP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such materials for promotional, marketing, or other event-related purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed materials.

BWP is not responsible for any photographs or videos taken by third parties, including attendees, during the event.
CHANGES
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. DISEASE AND ILLNESS DISCLAIMER
By using your purchased ticket you recognize that disease and illness, including, but not limited to, the common cold, Covid, and other communicable viruses may be spread through interaction with other people. BWP event programs may be attended by many, sometimes numbering in the hundreds. Social distancing and other measures at these events is very difficult, if not impossible, to practice and enforce. If you are ill we ask that you remain home and not attend the convention.
